These Terms and Conditions apply to tours, safaris, excursions, accommodation, transfers and other travel services arranged by Kenya Dream Holidays. By making a booking, paying a deposit or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller included in the booking.
A booking request does not create a confirmed reservation until Kenya Dream Holidays issues written confirmation and receives the required payment. The lead traveller must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for providing accurate information and sharing these terms with all members of the group.
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Names must match the travellers' passports or official identification. Any error, omission or later amendment may result in supplier fees, fare differences or cancellation charges, which will be payable by the traveller.
Special requests—including dietary needs, room preferences, accessibility requirements and celebration arrangements—should be submitted in writing. We will pass requests to the relevant supplier but cannot guarantee them unless specifically confirmed.
Prices are based on the services, dates, number of travellers, room arrangements, exchange rates, taxes and park fees stated in the quotation. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking, as specified in the quotation or invoice. The balance must be paid by the stated due date.
Where government taxes, conservation fees, fuel costs, exchange rates or supplier charges change before full payment, we may adjust the price and will explain the change before requesting payment. Bank, card, mobile-money and currency-conversion charges are the traveller's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Requested changes are subject to availability and the rules of airlines, hotels, lodges, camps and other suppliers. Administrative fees, supplier penalties and any increase in price will be communicated before the change is processed. A change of travel date, destination or traveller may be treated as a cancellation and new booking where suppliers do not permit amendments.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect when received by Kenya Dream Holidays. Refunds, where available, are calculated after deducting non-refundable deposits, supplier penalties, bank charges and services already provided. Airline tickets, park permits, promotional rates and peak-season reservations may be partially or fully non-refundable.
If we must cancel a confirmed service for reasons within our control, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund for the affected service. We are not responsible for consequential costs such as unused flights, visas or independently booked arrangements.
Travellers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination records and any entry or transit documents required for the journey. Requirements may vary by nationality and destination. Information provided by us is general guidance and should be verified with the relevant embassy, immigration authority or airline before travel.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended from the time of booking. Cover should include trip cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, personal accident, baggage loss, travel delays and activities included in the itinerary. Travellers are responsible for understanding the limits and exclusions of their policy.
Travellers must disclose medical conditions, disabilities, allergies or mobility needs that may affect participation. Some safaris and excursions involve long drives, uneven ground, boats, wildlife areas, heat or remote locations. Participation is at the traveller's own risk and may be refused where it would create an unreasonable safety risk.
Travellers must follow the instructions of guides, drivers, park authorities, hotel staff and activity providers at all times. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, and animals must never be approached, fed or disturbed.
Kenya Dream Holidays arranges services provided by independent airlines, hotels, camps, lodges, transport companies, guides, parks and activity operators. Their own terms may also apply. Accommodation may be substituted with a reasonably comparable option if the confirmed property becomes unavailable.
Journey times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, security checks, wildlife movements or operational delays. Flight schedules and baggage limits are controlled by the relevant airline.
We will use reasonable care when selecting and arranging travel services. To the extent permitted by law, Kenya Dream Holidays is not liable for loss, injury, delay, damage or additional expense caused by a traveller's actions, an independent supplier, wildlife, weather, road conditions, government action or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any compensation will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the service concerned.
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, border closures, government restrictions, security incidents, transport disruption or supplier insolvency. We will assist with reasonable alternatives, but additional costs may be payable by the traveller.
Travellers must respect local laws, cultures, communities, staff, wildlife and other guests. We may terminate a traveller's arrangements without refund where their conduct is unlawful, abusive, dangerous, disruptive or likely to damage property or the experience of others. The traveller remains responsible for damage, fines or costs caused by their conduct.
Any problem should be reported immediately to the guide, supplier and Kenya Dream Holidays so that it can be addressed during the trip. A complaint that remains unresolved should be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably possible after the service, with relevant booking details and supporting information.

We collect and use personal information to prepare quotations, process bookings, communicate with travellers and share necessary details with service providers. Travellers must ensure they have permission to provide information belonging to other members of their group.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. Where resolution is not possible, the dispute will be handled by the courts or another lawful dispute-resolution process in Kenya.
